SKATING & SKILL DEVELOPMENT
On-Ice sessions are held to a high standard, focusing on creating solid habits that cultivate on-ice success. Our players experience a healthy, inspiring environment to break-through barriers and expand beyond what they thought was possible. Each day our players get 2 ice sessions. The sessions entails a focus on Skill Development, Skating with flow, battle, compete, and conditioning. We keep things dynamic, fresh, and fun.

POWER SKATING & SKILL DEVELOPMENT
The on-ice sessions include a focus on puck handling, shooting, scoring, passing, on-ice awareness, positioning, creativity, conditioning, and grit. Our Power Skating focus is on cultivating dynamic speed, utilizing stride efficiency, edge control, balance, body positioning, and quick transitions. The Hockey Skills and Techniques we teach are simplified for players to grasp, then built upon, to ensure high-quality habits and bullet-proof confidence. High-tempo flow drills, races, and games are frequently used for players to integrate their skills.

Having our players learn new skills and bring them into a game is a method that solidifies the new habits and achieves maximum results. The full-ice controlled scrimmages are a combination of 3 on 3, 4 on 4, and 5 on 5. Coaches are both on the bench and on-ice giving players coaching instruction and teaching valuable hockey knowledge that includes on-ice awareness, skills positioning, and mindset.

Included for all goalies who register is our Goaltender-Specific Coaching Program. All goalies work closely with our Goalie Coach daily on a progressive plan that focuses on the key aspects that create a solid goaltender.

When we unify the mind and body we tap into our human potential. In the Yoga Sessions, players are taken through daily sequences that rejuvenate the body and mind by creating alignment and balance. These sequences are carefully designed for hockey players to increase performance and prevent injuries. The practice cultivates life-force energy through breathing techniques and mindful movement. These exercises increase flexibility, mobility, balance, and strength.
