JR. A DEVELOPMENT CAMP
If you are looking to Elevate Your Game and make the jump to Junior A or be more of an impact player on your team this coming season then this camp is for you! The Jr.A Development camp is a two-day experience that will help you break-out of your comfort zone and propel your skill development as a hockey player. You will have the opportunity to learn from professional coaches who have all played major Junior A, Major Junior, and Professional levels.
Total Skating & Skill Development System
To play in the top-level junior leagues you need to be in top-level shape. Our professional-level coaches hold the practice sessions to a high-level junior standard to prepare you for playing junior hockey. This includes conditioning, team/individual skills, preparation, mindset, good habits, and etiquette both on and off the ice. We help you build dynamic speed, balance agility, mobility, edge control, body position, hockey IQ, efficiency, effectiveness, and confidence.
Practice Sessions
Practices include skating, skill development, flow, battle, and conditioning. These ice sessions are designed specifically to up-level you in all these areas and expose you to what playing at Junior A (and beyond) is like. If you are an experienced junior hockey player, this a great tune-up for you to excel in the off-season. If you are looking to make the jump to junior this coming season, these ice sessions will prepare you to do that. Each session is held to a high standard. We believe it’s important to have fun and love what you are doing, so we keep all sessions very positive upbeat, and inspiring. These sessions are a safe place for you to learn new skills and break through your comfort zone. Our coaches are experienced at the professional and junior levels and are here to help propel you Elevate Your Game! Showcase Exposure Games
Being that this is an off-season development camp, these games are non-contact, controlled by the coaches, and officiated by a referee with penalties. Rosters will be printed out with players' info for junior teams and scouts to have access to. During the games, coaches will be coaching players on the bench, reinforcing the skills and habits taught during camp, while giving helpful real-time feedback and suggestions for players to implement in live game situations.

Player & Parent Advisory Session
The Player & Parent Advisory Session is an extremely valuable session for both players and parents to draw from the vast experience of former Junior captains and professional hockey players. You will learn from their stories on what it takes to get to the top levels and how to persevere through challenges to achieve your goals. These sessions have a focus on mindset, leadership, and mental/physical health. The skills that are taught in this session are well worth the admission of camp alone and will empower in hockey and life!
